if anyone can tell me the max load for rl 22 pushing a nosler 100 gr spitzer.this is for my new 257 wtby mag, if someone has a nosler book and wouldnt mind looking this up that would be appreciated.

100 gr partition with imr4831 at 68 gr was the most accurate powder and load tested..3576fps....this was from my Nosler 5 th edition manual...hope this helps

my Nosler #4 doesnt show RL22 with the 100 gr

they do show a similar powder, H4831, at 68.0 grs. MAX for 3446 fps

however...

Hornady #5 shows 67.3 grs. RL22 with the 100 gr. for 3400 fps

Alliants website shows 69.0 grs. RL22 to be the max with a Speer 100 gr. spitzer

the new weatherby likes 70gr. of rl 22 a little hotter but what groups. the 100 gr. b-tips are like missels at 3500 + or -. thanks for the input guys!
