260 FL Die as 243 Body die???

Is there any reason I couldn't use a 260 full length die as a body die for my 243?
Or seeing as I have 2 sets of 243 dies. Could I drill the neck out of the die and use it that way?

If you remove th decapping pin and expander button from your 260 die,
there is no reason it will not work fine as a 243 body die.

I would not try drilling out any resizing die. They are very hard, and will not be easy to drill at all.
