I also have a Custom 260AI, and have never experienced the issues you describe.

I have Forster FL dies, and they size cases just right to rechamber without any undue tightness.

Ya I'd like to know as well. I like Forster dies myself and would have gone with them, had I knew they made them in 260AI.

Like I said it doesn't make any sense to me either. I never had a problem with the brass going into the chamber until I locked the bold down. So that would tell me either the problem is in the neck or the base, and I'm by no means an expert or very knowledgeable with different types of metals. But logic would tell me if you were to tighten the body die down to much the brass has to go somewhere so… the direction of least resistance would be in the neck or shoulder neck junction. But like I said I'm by no means an expert.
