range the coyote a la RF, read the come-up from the cap, set the vertical, set the windage for wind, and shoot.

Better to range landmarks when you are first setting up when you are ready to rock no? I have never been able to range the coyote fast enough and smooth enough to break a shot.

Terry I know my come ups for the 308 out to 1000meters


but yote's like to run out fast at not known range and they dont stick around long
