.264 barrel ?

Well, sort of. The barrel can be changed. But the boltface for the .264 is larger than for the .270. I don't know if the magnum bolt would work with the .270 cartridge; you might need a new bolt. Also, make sure the receiver will feed .270 rounds.

Easier the switch it to a 7mmMag or 300WM. That way you're not changing to bolt.

There's no flies on your .264Mag either unless the barrel is done.

can i?

You did not state what ".270" cartridge you mean, there are more than one.

The easiest ".270" to change it to would be the .270 Weatherby Magnum as the bolt face and magazine would work with no alteration.

Yep. Same loaded round OAL so the action will and mag will be fine. You will likely have bolt/extractor issues due to the different case head size though. The .264 is bigger like tiriaq says.
Epp's lists .264 ammo and brass, if that's the issue.

Aren't the rails of the magnum action different than the rails of a standard action? I think the .270 Winchester in a magnum action would have feeding problems.
