Maybe the necks are very thick brass? Do you have a caliper to check the outside diameter and neck wall thickness?

Took apart the seater and it looks fine. Wiped it down.
OD of the brass after loaded is .303. SAAMI show .308 so that should be ok?

Maybe its just the brass?
