Just recently started reloading for my 7600 rem in 270 win. Have had good performance and no problems with my reloads with the exception of occasionaly not being able to jack spent brass from the rifle. When this does happen it is always with imperial brass. All the other brands work perfectly. Am I doing something wrong or is this imperial brass just crap?

Have never had that problem, so hard to say ! Maybe the ejector isn't grabbing it properly ? Being put back into Sami specs, all things should be equal, so maybe the rim area is the issue. Have a look and let us know what you find.
The rim area is fine. The ejector is fine. When this happens I cannot slide the pump back at all. Twice I have had to use a rod to carefully reach down the barrel and tap the brass out. Forcing the pump resulted in breaking pieces off the end of the brass. Cleaning and brushing the chamber did not help. I still blame the imperial brass.
You should seperate your brass and only use one brand preferably from the same lot.
While outside dimensions are the same, internal dimensions can vary if more brass was used in manufacture and cause pressures to rise.
This is likely what is causing the extractor to climb over the rim.

The easiest would probably just be to stop using Imperial brass. 7600s don't have a lot of extraction power to begin with, and if loads get a little warm or brass used a few times extraction can get a little iffy. Its been so long since I've had anything to do with Imperial .270 brass that I don't remember if they were heavier or not, but there is a chance that the same load is hotter in that brass. It could be the difference between sticky and not sticky.
Some of the last runs of Imperial brass were not the best quality, and had a considerably smaller case volume, due to a thick "head" area.
If it is headstamped "Dominion" it is generally top-notch, but some of the last "Imperial" headstamped brass was junk.
I also found the late "imperial" brass needed quite a bit of additional force to FL resize, indicating less resiliency.
I would sort out that Imperial brass, replace it with brass that works well in your pump rifle.
