270 WSM ammo

i started down the list of sponsors and business' list up to and called and called and called, till i found a local store in CR that had a few so i grabbed them, next to none available in BC only stuff i found was Winchester Whitebox gold tip worked well though
 
It's not only 270 WSM. The more common 300WSM has disappeared from the shelves as well.
Not a big deal if you handload. Huge deal if you rely on factory ammo.
 
Found 8 boxes of Hornady Custom 7WSM at Cabelas yesterday, snatched them all up.

The gun counter staff weren’t even aware they were on the shelf until I showed up to pay.

Gotta get lucky these days it seems, it trickles out every now and then.

well I have never seen factory 325, I did see the tag on the shelf at Cabela's that said 325 one time, but even that is gone now.

fortunately I have a lot of brass and dies for the 325

300WSM is not that hard to find, but 270WSM is not that common, I would have thought that the 270 would have taken off.

and the WSSMs are also rare finds.
 
The Coop gas station in Coronach SK has probably a dozen boxes of 270WSM gathering dust of a couple different brands. I reckon someone ordered WSM by mistake instead of 270Win.
