270 WSM federal power shok lead

trying to hand load for a buddys 270 WSM. It shoots factory ammo better then my roll your owns so far. I have been shooting 130 gr SST's so far with winchester 780 supreame.
Not overly impressed.
Can some one verify the bullet federal uses in the power shok sp ammo? I have a feeling its a speer but not 100% certain. I am all ears for powder suggestions as well as I am not overly familier with shortmags.
 
I myself have never had a factory bullet ever come close to one of my tuned handload's. I have always used imr-4350, H-4350 & now imr-4451 powder's in my 3 wsm's.
And have had very decent result's, might want to look at one of those powder's & perhaps do a ladder test . Then play with your seating depth...Sorry I can't verify what federal use's, to be honest I haven't bought a box of bullets in over 20 year's..

IMR 4831, and 130 Accubond's worked well in the .270WSM I owned.

IMR 7828, and 130 Interbond's work very well in a buddies .270WSM.

As for factory bullets, many times its a specifically built bullet, not available to hand loaders.
