I personally don't know any company that make AI brass. Fireforming the brass is about the only way that I know. Use pistol powder, I recent tried blue dot an it seem to form it well. Look up fireforming with cream of wheat. Bullseye is another good powder to use. Start with 10% of the case's capacity and work up until you get the shoulders you want for your AI cartridge.
