280 Remington

Very nice and I really like that crown.

As for a scope it is a 280 Rem so due to the light recoil it doesn't need the best/most expensive; I vote for a Leupold VX11 4-12X40mm AO LR reticle.

I have an older Vari-X 11 4-12X40mm AO duplex reticle on my Rem 700 LSS 280 Rem wish I had the LR reticle though, from what I understand it is only $110.00 to get it installed by Korth Group which includes return shipping plus they will do a warranty check and fix anything that it may need at the same time.

I would put a 6X36 Leopold FXII on that rifle and never look back.

if it was my rifle it'd be wearing Talley lightweight rings and a FX3 6x42 or a Vx3 3.5-10x40

My 280 wears a 3-9x40 VX II. No problems or complaints with that particular setup. It has reached out past 300 for me, and when abilities allow, it will likely go further.
