Any suggestions for a case trimmer for a 280 Ackley..

They don't need trimming very much if at all. The AI case doesn't seem to stretch much but if you reload a few calibers get a Redding trimmer with the micrometer adjustment, best hand powered trimmer out there.

Use a Lee Case Length Gauge for a 280 Rem and shorten its tip so that your brass is at 2.525".
