Wapiti Shooters Club and Barton's Big Counrty is holding thier second annual handgun shoot on August 23rd. Cost is $50 with lunch included. Round count around 150. To add there are 2 Handguns as prizes. And a change in the poster we will raffle off a S&W 629 44 Mag with a 4 1/4 barrel ,instead of an M&P. Tickets will be $20 with 100 tickets sold. There will be 4 courses of fire, with a steel challange if time permits.

What time does it start?
Hey guys. I tested some stages today and here is a tip: Work on your accuracy by shooting a 2-3" target at 10 meters. There will be a few tough shots, but nothing practice ahead of time can't fix.

one of the steel plates i want to make is an 8" ar500 circle, with a 3" diameter hole cut in the middle then a simple circle hinged at the back... or a square does not matter, keep shooting till the 3" disapeers, have it fall backwards and done.... simple to make, provides feedback on your misses and besides a challenging competition target it would make a great training aid having 6-8 of these accross at different heights
use a square tubing stand, crossbolt on the target with drilled holes on the stand to set various height with a 3 legged stand..... not much energy moving because only the 3" plate falls.... make it out of 1/2" and even the rifles can play.
