2nd time powder dumped!!

I thought I would learn from the first experience but "NOPE"! I'm new to reloading so I like to keep my eye on the powder drop form my LNL AP... As I'm making sure there isn't any double loads and cranking on the handle doesn't the f-n plastic tube holding the powder come off and spill the powder all over the floor!!! 2 out of 3 times now that's happened and already my powder is 3/4 done! I'm calling hornady today to see what's up, but wondering if it's happened to anyone else?
 
My rcbs powder measure was easy to take part until I gave it a firm hit to push it in further. Never had it come apart.
