JAY, I'll be taking pics for sure partner ... cross your fingers as the HTO i'm dealing with will let me know next week ... I'm pumped ... ... HAHA! Gotta get old Betty out and clean her up and do some shooooosting with her ... my M1 Garand ...
Nice I would love to see some hunting pic's with some beautiful rifles!
As a side note can you first nations people ever take non native's on the hunt for Umingmak(muskox)?
I honestly don't know if Inuit(eskimo) are considered 1st nations(native indians mostly)??? I can take whoever I wish on the hunt as long as they don't shoot it ... however, I have friends that are NOT inuit but have their inuit wives hunting rights ... last year I went with a white lad and he shot his 1st as I did mine ... we had a great time ... I'll be going again with him hopefully if we get tags from this other community HTO. I'll take pictures for sure. Cheers,
Well after almost a couple months of BS and waiting ... our HTO is going to let folks know tomorrow morning after a meeting whether we get to get a tag or not ... apparently Baker Lake's HTO gave us 10 more Umingmak(muskox) tags ... CROSS YOUR FINGERS for me please as I hope to get a tag and go shooosting ... HAHA
