To add to the confusion, some Dispatch Rider helmets were converted by the Army to Airborne helmets after WWII when there was shortage and have the liner reversed with the neck covering removed.
Many re-enactors have had Dispatch Rider helmet shells converted to Airborne configuration as they are much more plentiful and much cheaper than real airborne helmets. Therefore you want to look at ALL of the details if buying to see for example if the liner exhibits appropriate wear and tear, authentic markings etc.
