Finally got pics of my 2x SVT 1944's.
The one with the Army stock had a flat finish which caused some grief until heavily oiled. After a two day soak and some suggestions from fellow members, I can take the rifle down and it seems to be working perfectly.
The Navel stock version looks much nicer and has a better finish.
Now for the elusive Tula 1945, Kovrov 1940 and Izzy 1942 (if they exist).
