Yes, you'll be able to buy it. You'll probably run into an issue with the CFO when doing the transfer since they will want proof of stated use. You can use a full membership, associate membership or receipts from range visits to satisfy this request.

I sent a letter explaining the local range was refusing to let me buy a membership until april.
one week later it arrived.
Same thing going on with ar I just purchased.

No. A full member is someone who has bought a full membership at The Shooting Edge or Target Sports Canada.

They are allowed in at 9am and we also will pull web / email orders starting at that time for them.

Target will not be holding its own sale, but because of "affiliation" we will treat full members of The Grange (Target Sports) as full members and process orders for them at 9am as well.

Just make sure your membership number is on the order so we can verify.
