I too sent an e-mail yesterday but I haven't received a response. Screw it, I give up. This sale wasn't well thought out and I'm sure I'm not the only person who got frustrated.

Trust me when I say I've seen and been through more frustrating sales before. IMO they've done a good job with all the replies in this thread given the magnitude of sale they are having.

But if non members have to wait until 10 am I'm not sure why the prices have to be kept secret. Most other businesses respond via email or phone what the map prices are.
