3 Gun Carts

Here's mine. Morning I put it together my 3.5 year old walked in room and says," That's awesome gun stroller dad.". Then she asked where she was going to sit. When I told her I took the seat off for my bag. She had meltdown.

I got 3 peg board hangers and used rubber hose to cover then and mounted them on a piece of alum angle iron . I used 2 atv gun holders up top.

Thing about the strollers, as the guys with kids know, is that the big wheels makes the cart effortless to push.
Remember, these were made so Mommy/Wifey can can push it while out jogging and listening to Maroon5 on their iPhone. Great inguinity guys.

Tell her she is charge of pushing/driving it. :)

I like this thread, lots of good ideas.
I was thinking more along the lines of a Little Red Wagon, but the strollers are probably better.

One of my shooting buddies uses a folding wagon like this. He built vertical gun holders on kitty corners so it doesn't tip over and will still fold.

Haven't seen it mentioned in this thread but definitely keep in mind that 3 gun requires muzzle down while CAS requires muzzle up from what I've been told. Not presently active in either but something to keep in mind

Muzzle up or down is fine around here.

I've never read, heard or seen anything in "3-gun" that stipulates muzzle up/down/sideways...

You can't make a statement about 3gun having any specific rule at any time, place, shape, or form. There is no 3 gun rule set.

There doesn't seem to be an official rule set that has been adopted universally, but some of the clubs in my area are using this one published on 3-gun Nation website h ttp://3gunnation.com/rules

Under transporting firearms section is:

1.7 TRANSPORTING FIREARMS: (To and from vehicles or between stages)
1.7.1 Pistols must be transported from vehicles or between stages cased with a chamber safety flag or remain
holstered.
1.7.2 Rifles, Carbines & Shotguns must be transported with the bolt closed on a chamber safety flag, detachable
magazines must be removed, tubes unloaded.
1.7.3 Rifles, Carbines & Shotguns must be cased OR if hand carried or slung, the muzzle must be pointed up.
1.7.3.1 Using a cart where the muzzles are pointed downward is allowed.
Note 1: The ONLY time a shotgun or rifle may not have a chamber safety flag inserted is after the “Make Ready”
command or in a Safe Area.

At the 3 gun matches I've attended, they don't want the muzzles strafing people, so that basically limits the options to up or down, and due to the angle baby strollers mount the guns at, unless you like looking down the barrel of an AR 15, down is the best option....

Maybe too many pictures but I just finished my 3-gun cart build.

I wanted to try and make it look like it is not a baby stroller. I must admit I did steal a lot of the build ideas from one I saw on a forum, but the guy is from Florida so I doubt he will care.

The only thing I kept off of it was the bottom basket, should be handy for garbage etc.

$30 stroller from kijiji
I ripped everything off, cut and filed down the plastic where the baby tray was.

The hardest part was making sure everything would line up and be as level as possible.

Sanded, primer, painted and clear coated the wheels and frame

Painted the boxes with stone finish rattle can

Being cheap I built my own gun racks, complete with bungee loops, ignore the poor welding. All four cost maybe $10. Covered in foam and shortened bungee straps to fit.

Added a hook to hang my belt and done. My 3-gun cart finished product.
