3 gun Match in Peace River, Alberta June 19th

Peace River, Alberta
The fine peoples at the Peace Country Fish & Game Association in Peace River, Alberta will be hosting a 3 gun match on June 19th.

Match will start at 10am sharp.

Cost of match will be $20 including a bbq lunch.

At this time, there will be 4 courses of fire plus an after match event so participants can show off their pistola skills. (Head to head steel match)

Round count is not firmed up as of yet but will be close to 50 pistol, 50 shotgun and 50 rifle plus after event ammunitions. Will confirm in the next week or so. There will be two divisions that will be outlined in a future date.

At this time, if we have enough participants we will have a cash prize for first place in the divisions.

Camping on site is available.

Come out and have some fun and burn some powder.

Rules. This is a little stumbling block currently. We are trying to work through this and my partner is working a lot of night shifts so we are still trying to iron this out. I wanted to get the announcement off first.

I will give an update in about a week to announce some more items such as rules and winnings.

As well if this one is successful, we are talking about facilitating a team 3 gun match in September.

hey a match is not a match in peace river unless it has stevo's world famous BBQ burgers and hotdogs.... your not putting the spatula aside that easy cowboy..... plus if I was in "charge" of lunch there would be nothing left for other people ;)

Get him a back-pack so he can tote your gear around.:)

You'll need a pistol with holster, a carbine and and a shotgun, with slings. And whatever you need to carry ammo.
 
I would love to come and check this out and shoot, It's been a long time since I shot and never in a 3 gun match. Where/who do I get in touch with to register?

Never mind, Iron Maiden show is next day.

Stevo sounds like a good reason to Drive up to Peace Country & visit the family.......We will see what work dictates in the near future. If I can make it, I will try and give you 2weeks notice for registration, thanks dude!
