Soapy water soaked patch to clean the bore and gas piston. few passes is enough to create suds. then spray with wd40 and finish with oily patch. WD40 displace water and leave oily residue with oily patch. spray action with wd40 and wipe clean. All is done within 15 min.

Yes, I have this. Mix a 50/50 solution and it's good to clean any corrosive ammo salts away.

Will second that.
It was my one and only cleaning solution over many years of corrosive milsurp shooting before I moved on to accurate rifles.
Cheap and effective. Never had a speck of rust.

Crown rust T-32. At 10 bucks a can you can't go wrong. I have only sprayed down barrels and come back a week later to clean them with no issues.

Cleaning them I still use T-32 as my solvent.

Interesting results. I don't fire much corrosive ammunition any longer -- the TT-33 is the only thing that sees it -- but if I do in the future I'll gave to pull out one of the cans of Ballistol I have around. If it only didn't smell so bloody strong.
