3' shells in a 15' DA Grizzly Mag?

I'm still curious as to why you guys want to shoot 3" shells with the gun. I took my Grizzly to the range today for the first time since I bought it and shot 20 2 3/4" birdshot shells. It was very loud and my shoulder is a little sore now. I can't imagine how 3" would feel.

For me it is just to have the option.

Noting says fun like slamming threw mag after mag of 3" magnum slugs in firing drills.
