30-06 Springfield

57.5 grain IMR4350,165gr NP.DO all of your hunting in norh America. If you ran out of a hand load, buy a box of Hornady IB 165gr,you will put a same hole over and over at 100m. Have funnnnn.

.30-06 was my first caliber to reload. It is easy and very forgiving. IMR4064, H4350, depends on bullets works great. My best ever groups was achieved with AA3100, tad slow, but good shooting.
The only other caliber which is close to .30-06 in reloading IMO is 6.5x55

Hi Standard,
In fact all goes fine in good old 30-06. I tried them all from 110 to 220. For every bullet I could find a powder and a charge to make a 1MOA or better group of 5. I have a browning a-bolt.
