I found about a half a box of cartridges marked 30-20 win in one of my recent purchases... I don't know much about the round and only limited info was available on line. It was packed in with a couple of boxes of 303 savage.. Any info?

Lots of info online. Google "32-20 WCF" or "32-20 Winchester" and you'll get thousands of hits. The first dozen or so results on the first page of search results all had excellent information and lots of it.

32-20 WCF or 32-20 Winchester, but not .30-20. .30-30 can be known as .30 Winchester. Not often or commonly though.
They look similar to the .30-30? Or much shorter?

Shorter. Bottlenecked case. Low pressure lever rifle round from the 1880s, also used in pistols. The same "family" as the 44 WCF, 38 WCF, and 25 WCF, aka as 44-40, 38-40, and 25-20 Winchesters, respectively.

Could be 30-20 TC ... 32-20 Winchester except using a 30 cal (308) bullet instead of 32 cal (313) bullet.

Made for Thompson Center Contender barrels chambered in 30-20.

They were used in Hunter/Field Pistol class handgun silhouette for IHMSA and NRA competitions.
