My wife used a Marlin 336RC 30-30 with Hornady Leverevolution rounds this year.... but unfortunately we didn't fire a shot.

Now a buddy of mine uses his 30-30 exclusively for bear. This year he tried the Leverevolution round for the first time. 200 lb female, figer sized hole going in and thumb sized hole going out. They decided to eat the heart that night but they couldn't find it. He described the heart as looking like two strips of bacon.
