Need a price check on a Savage take-down 99 in 30/30. metal is good - very good especialy considering it was made in 1914, wood has some scratches, easily fixed . cheqering is good.has internal mag with round counter . looks to be drilled and tapped for 1-piece base & tang site. I have read that the 30/30 is a bit of a collector as the whole idea of the savage rotary mag was to allow for pointy bullets, this made the 30/30 redundant & a bit scarce.no idea if thats true or not,but I know there are some real Savage experts on here.
