Absolutely,only basic difference is the bullet diameter of one versus the other.Run them through a 30 Rem full length die,check for case length and you are good to go.

Probbably as they use the same shell holder. You might get thick necks a bit . 30-30 goes to 32 special and back again so 30 and 32 Rem would do the same thing.

Like bjmurata says, they're identical except for the bullet. FL die and likely turning/reaming the neck/case mouth.
You need data? I have some if you do. Lyman book says the barrels can run as small as .306".
