30/5 round mags for a ruger mini 30

I've been looking for these mags for a while but I haven't had any luck in finding anything. Anybody know where I could find one, or is there a mag ment for any other rifle that would fit? thanks.

very rare , last time i saw mini 30 magazines for sale they were easily over 80.00 a piece for the 30 round ones and thats from a US retailer . Last Canadian one i saw was a 40 rounder pinned to 5 and was 110.00

damn, that sucks! I would be happy with any capacity other then 5. I can find the 5's everywhere.

Canstar Arms had some a while back, but they're currently out of stock.

SFRC is supposedly going to bring some in sometime in the near future. And they look like they're going to be very affordable compared to the usual going rate.

No problem. I'm looking forward to the 5/30 mags for the Mini-14, myself. The last ones I bought were $70 each, and they were the cheapest ones on the market at the time.

I highly suggest you do some serious research before buying any aftermarket mags for a mini. I sold my mini about 5 years ago but I had terrible luck with anything but factory mags.

I managed to get aftermarket mags to work once I bent the lips of the mag and replaced the springs with wolff springs.

I can't explain why so many of the aftermarket mags are junk, but they are.

To be honest I would suggest just paying the outragous cost of getting a couple of factory 20's or 30's that are pinned. They're very robust and should last forever.

cant go wrong with mags under 20 bucks though..
