.30 reid Pistol Cartridge (a la Epp's)

Does anyone sell the .30 reid pistol cartridge ?

I think you will have to form it yourself from 32 ACP.

The .30 Reid was never a factory cartridge but rather a way Epps saved a bunch of prohibited pistols from the smelter.

I was hoping a hobbiest might have the proper dies, the brass and time to set up a little supply business.

Is the market that big for it?
There's too much legal hassle to sell loaded ammo, and I think anyone can resize their own brass

i looked into this at one point, and epps sells the dies required to make your own ammo for it, i beleive their redding, but i could be wrong

So even if someone was forming the brass you'd still have to get dies to reload the ammo.

I would like to buy just one box to go with my .3o cal reid pistol.

Do they not supply ammo?

No; they sell the equipment to make them but not the loaded cartridges.

Gotta be because of liability or insurance reason's.
