30 Round Mags for 597

Rimfire Sports is now advertising 30 round mags for the 597 (Remington made). They come in a clear plasic and black. I have ordered a couple and will let everyone know how they work once I get them. (I also ordered a VQ target hammer, VQ extractor, and fiber optic sights).

I will definitly be happy if the mags work well (they are only $25).

I'm wondering they they compare to the Eagle 30rounders...I'm thinking of getting the new one + the VQ hammer (is it worth it?)

I have heard they are smoother and better finished than the Eagle mags. I have 3 coming from rimfiresports so I will give them a good workout and post a review comparing them to the 6 eagle mags I have.

30 round mags

I have two of the Remington brand 30 rounders and they hang up the bolt just enough that I get light primer strikes. I'm planning on using a nail file to knock them down a little and try some silicone spray on them.
