300 Blackout Bolt Action

If looking for .30cal subs in a bolt gun, why not just run subsonic .308 loads? Not trying to dissuade anyone from running a .300blk, different calibers are fun in and of themselves. Just curious considering it would be so much easier to do in a .308 since were is no need for AR-15 form factor.

I'm also a bit confused as to the choice of .300BLK for a bolt gun.

Cause choice.

The issue with 308 subs is rate of twist. My fastest 308 is 1-10 it will not stabilize heavy 220’s and has a issue with 180’s

That's easy enough to fix - if you are building a gun dedicated to shoot subs, then spec a barrel with the proper twist rate for it.

However, I get that if you are looking for an off the rack gun, then you don't have that choice.

Not just the twist rate but how much subsonic load data is there for 308?

Lots, 10-11gr of trailboss and 220gr bullet is pretty much the defacto standard.
