300 mag Grizzely bullet?

I am going Griz hunting and I shoot a 300 mag. I was thinking of loading it with either 200gr Partions, Grand slams or Barnes. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you

Either of the 3 will dump a Grizz on his Fat Head

I've had Great results with Partitions in the 300 Mag, a good Ol standby !

Personnally I'd lean towards the TSX for Grizz though, impressive reports

180 or 200gr TSX or Partition will do the job. I've never hunted grizz, but have used .300wm quite a bit.

Newsflash, Amphibious has yet again nothing useful to say!
I have some factory 300 winchester mag 200 gr Nosler partition HE they should work great on any bear but if you want more penetration the TSX bullets are great.

its all good Riley dont be a putz haha, and 180 grain grand slam, or fusion factory, X bullets are great if you hunt with them alot and understand what they do and dont do, GS mushroom up big, so do the fusions and make a hell of a hole just my .02 but Ive only shot a few bears lol

I'm sorry Dump_GUNKEY! How many grizz have you shot with your 300mag? how did the Partion hold up on your G-bear? and the TSX? inquiring minds want to know!

I've use the TSX only on a Caribou and it was freaking devastating. Can't see any difference from animal to animal. I've seen an Griz shot with 200 gr nosler partition last year and it was a bang flop experience.

Context buddy context... If you use a 300 mag on a caribou, bit smaller then a grizz but close it shouldnt make a diffrence of what bullet you are shooting....
