300 prc loads

I settled on Reloder 25, GMM215M primers, reloading Hornady brass after I fire the factory rounds.

I am hoping that Hirsch Precision will receive their 300 PRC Lapua brass by the end of August, however Lapua already has delivered their 300 PRC brass to the US market in May.

I also put an order in for 200 pieces of new Hornady brass at Higginson's - I will probably cancel that since my local Canadian Tire has the 225gr match in stock at $65 per 20 after 4% CTM. New brass, bullets, powder and primer comes to ~$62 per box of 20.

Ballistic tools makes primer pocket and neck tension gauges. That's the last equipment I need to start reloading with confidence. I have Hornady dies, the various ELD seating stems, a Lee deluxe die set (ordered just for the factory crimp die), and a Lee case length gauge so I can trim the brass to spec.

Feel free to PM me...

Haven't played with it since last fall (since I got the fierce carbon edge 6.5 PRC) but looking back at my targets for the 300PRC Christensen Arms show 80-81 grs of RL-33 and 245 EOL's shooting sub 1/2 MOA and around (2850fps if I remember correctly) @ 81grs.
