I only neck size my .300wm brass with the fl resizer die....I use the candle soot method. I do not believe I've bumped the shoulder yet, this batch of brass has probably 15 or so cycles through them. I anneal/trim every 2nd load.
Simple/efficient and best of all... It works great for me.
