.300 Win Mag
I've had and loaded for two rifles in .300 Win Mag. First one was a Ruger 77 'tangsafety' with 24" barrel and the second, which I still have, is a Browning A-bolt composite stalker with the 26" barrel. Pet load that worked super in both rifles: 70 grains IMR4350 powder behind a Remington 180 grain PSP. [Velocity around 3,000 fps] Winchester brass and Rem magnum rifle primers. Both rifles printed very tight groups & combo did the job on the moose I shot. If I was doing it again I might try out some Nosler 180 gr Partitions instead of the econo Rem PSP bullets...
