Looking for a little help on 300 Win Mag Reloading Data......I am looking to load my Tikka T3 up with Sierra MatchKing 175gr. HPBT for target/paper and Barnes TSX-BT 180gr for hunting....any suggestions for powders, primers and OAL or even different bullets???...above bullets I have on hand but can always buy MORE BULLETS.

Personally I went away from Barnes. One of these days I need to sell some stuff.
My go to is 200gr Nosler partition. Powders are going to be medium slow....4831, 4350, r17, r22..maybe.
Lots of info out in googleland.

190gr HPBT Sierra Matchking
78.9gr Hodgdon H1000
There was just a wee bit of crunching when the bullet was seated.
I set COL so the bullet was 0.018” from the lands. Since I loaded for a Remington, I had lots of freebore to fill up.
Each round was crimped with a Lee factory crimp die.
I was getting 2980 to 2990 fps and a cloverleaf at 200m, so that’s where I stopped my development.

Nosler brass, H1000, 215 Berger with FED GM215M primer. Gun is full custom with extra free bore added to the reamer so I will not post COAL or powder charge. Gets me right at 3000 fps out of a 26" BRUX, with drops confirmed out to 910 yds. The 215 Berger and H1000 are a perfect match for the 300 Win Mag.
for my tikka 300 win mag
i use 73 gr of H4350 150 grain TTSX Barnes bullet Winchester magnum rifle primer
3 shots at 100 yards 3/4 inch grouping
all 3 shots were literally touching together
moose 200 yards...clean thru and thru and dropped it right where it stood 8 pt bull
i will never change that load or use anything else
the bullet i used before that was H414 180 gr accubonds..which was impressive
