Hey guys just wondering whats been working well. I have a trophy Antelope hunt this yr i Usually use Barnes 168 gr Tsx With IMR 4350. Works good just want to be able to reach 500 for those little Goats anyone got any Favorite Loads I'm shooting my remington 700.

Unless you spend at least $1.00/bullet, they will just bounce off whatever you are shooting at.

Seriously, an antelope is not hard to kill. And chances are they will not be very close either. So pretty much anything will work, the ticket is to find something that shoots accurately out of your 300 for when you reach out there. Don't overlook the common cup and core as quite often they are easy to make shoot accurately. Your everyday Sierra Gameking springs to mind......

Oh, and if you plan 500yd shots, get some trigger time in before you go.

I will be out shooting lots just like to have a Bullet that is Capable to take down and elk if required i usually shoot 168 Gr what would you recomend i load has worked for me so Far. Just looking for something that might help the old slug flatten out a bit

Move to the 168 TTSX and load it as you have....or possibly sneak up a grain or two. I don't see max loads in what you are using at present. eagleye.

150 or 165gr Accubonds, 150gr E-tips. But a 130gr TTSX would be a sweet fast round. Can get TTSX's in 150, `165 and 168.

Me out of my 300WM I'd probably reload 150's Accubonds for Antelope. My 180gr AB reloads are sweet thou.

My 300 win mag likes 180gr Winchester PP bulk bullets. I know they're not considered "premium" by today's standard, but they were once considered very good quality, and are still a mainstay of factory loaded 300 win mag ammo. Over a stiff load of RL-17, and using a Leupold with a LR ballistic reticle, it's sickenly easy to put round after round on target out to 600 yards. Would definitely work for antelope.
