180 Partition, WW brass, WLRM primer, 75.5 grains of Norma MRP, seated to put the bullet .015" off the lands.
180 TTSX, WW brass, WLRM primer, 75.0 grains of IMR 7828, seated to put bullet .055" off the lands.
Both these loads shoot under moa consistently
Start 3 grains below and work up safely.

My personal favourite: 77.5 grains Vihtavuori N560 pushing a 180-grain Accubond. Incredible accuracy, range and power. I use Win cases and CCI 250 primers.
All time classic: 73.0 grains IMR 4831 behind any decent 180-grain bullet. This is a load I use to test a .300 Win Mag. It always gives around 1 m.o.a and 3,000 fps. If this load doesn't work, then the problem is with the rifle, scope or shooter.

80 to 81 grains of H1000 under just about any 180 you can name. ESs will leave you wondering if the chronograph is stuck on 3150 fps with a good 26" barrel. I do have one 23 1/2 inch pipe that only does 3050 fps.
Knock one grain off for 190 Berger or SMK, and another for a 200 gr Accubond.
