I just aquired a T3 lite 300wsm , 40 Fed brass. I have a lage selection of powder & primers.
Lookin for accurate loads with a premium bullet ,Bonded ,TSX, Partition ect (for moose & elk ) so 180gn likely best.
If you have something that works & are willing to share your data...
thanks Ed

180 tsx|ttsx
62.5 grains h4350
CCI 250 primer
Win brass
Vel. 2950 fps, .85" 4shot groups at 100 yards.
I got slightly better accuracy with 63 grains, but was pushing 2980 fops. no pressure signs, but in the absence of published data for this pwder+bullet combo, I figured I would not exceed what Quickload predicts for this combo ( I.e., 2960 fps).

Tried IMR 4350, IMR4831, ViHTN550, RL19 - 4350 followed by 4831 were the most accurate in my Rifle (rem m700).

I now have a Sako M85 which will be more similar to your Tikka. H4350+ 180 ttsx+h4350 was fine , but not MOA fine. I would recommend Trying RL15 with 168 ttsx - Moa in my new WSM with 57.5 grains. speed is 2030 gps, which is slower than other powders I tried to but the accuracy was best by far with this combo and more than adequate for moose ( and with with less recoil than 180 grainers)

Tikka 300 WSM
168 TTSX
66.5 grs of RL17 (worked up!)
Win Brass
WLR Primer
Seated to mag length
MOA and 3k+ speed

I have taken a moose and an elk with this combo....very happy. I don't think you need a 180 gr mono bullet to take moose or elk...my Tikka likes 165-168 gr bullets accuracy wise...jmo

tikka t3 win brass, 180 swift scirroco, fed 215 primer, 66.5 grns imr 4350 3000+ fps very accurate. work up near max load.

When I developed a load for mine with 175gr LRX, I had the best accuracy with H4350. RL19 was a close second. RL17 was not as good.

180 gr accubond, IMR 4831 at max load gave me over 3000 fps and sub MOA groups at 100 yards. Work up to Maximum load charges but thats where I sit with this one. Awesome moose load, lots of energy and good ballistics.
