300 WSM 180 grain with a MV 2800 - 2900 is about right. Same in my 300 WSM. 200 might be more of twist rate issue with the rifle, hence finnicky loading? The twist rate might not be fast enough to stabilize that heavy a bullet in the 300 WSM. I believe the 300 WSM was built with 150 - 180 grain bullets in mind. The 300 WM is better for 200 grains (I could be wrong too). And I have never had any issues reloading for my 300 WSM.
