1.5inch@100
2in@100m
just so i can try fine tune it.

im just using a 150gr SP.
normally i would use federals graph for a rough idea.
im away from that.

If it was dead on at 75 meters, it would be probably about an inch high at 100, maybe 1.5 to 2 inches high at 200, but that's just a guess.

Old wives tales say dead on at 25 means dead on at 100.

Useing 1.5" sight height, 3250 fps and a 150 flat-base I got this.

0 @ 75 yards = 0 @ 100
.75 @ 75 = 1" high @ 100
1.1 @ 75 = 1.5 high @ 100
1.5 @ 75 = 2 high @ 100

There's many online ballistic calculators to play with, I just banged the numbers into the one on handloads.com

I just noticed you're talking meters, not yards but at these close ranges you'd need a hell of a rifle to tell the difference.

Just for fun bang on at 25 yards should be about 3 high at 100 and zeroed at 300. In practice it works better in reverse, sight in at 300 and check the shorter distances for reference later.

Thanks very much fellas!!
that was what i was chasen Dogleg, great!

its currently at around +.75 @ 75 So thats approx a 200 yard "zero" which leaves me around -5 at 300 which is pretty long for myself.

Also works well with the Redfield Accurange Reticle..

a photo since i dropped an re sighted rifle in the bush, i found this guy some time later bedded with a hind.

Thanks again! love this site.
