If it was done in Canada, it is more likely an Epps improved since Elwoood blew that out in the late 40's and Parker's changes were limited to slightly sharper in the shoulder angle. Therefore most Canadian readers are Epps and only a few in the US are Ackley. As a matter of fact, I ordered a set of Hornady custom dies years ago, before I knew there was a difference and lo and behold, they were the same as the Epps brass I had. Also, the reamers that Brownell's used to sell we're Epps dimensions. Somewhere around here I have dimensions for all of the "303 Improved" reamers, but is still do not have everything set up in the man cave.
