A pal of mine on here tells me you guys are short of 303 brass.
Please PM me if you need any as Prvi 303 is in good supply over here. I've no idea how the prices compare and obviously there's shipping to think about.
"...obviously there's..." UK export laws too.
Remington brass runs $32.95 per 50 in these parts. $60 plus transAtlantic shipping, duty, taxes etc isn't that great.
There are no import/export restrictions from the UK on cartridge cases and target bullets, a point that I regularly struggle to get past the European countries I deal with.
It might be worth considering if things get too bad in the 303 arena. Hence my remark about bulk buying.
I could use some Prvi .303 brass for my 100% American made Enfield rifle that John Wayne carried on Iwo Jima.
(this advertisement is from the back page of the VFW magazine, and proves drunk American veterans will buy anything, even imaginary rifles)
I have all the .303 brass I will ever need but thank you for your PM offer.
I posted the photo of the Enfield rifle in humor, I'm an American who collected the "British" and "Commonwealth" Enfield rifle and the American flag doesn't belong in the same photo as the British Enfield. You see it all started 237 years ago when we dumped British tea in Boston harbor and reached a peak when Gen. Eisenhower was chosen to be the supreme allied commander of all allied forces which forced Montgomery to write his memoirs. You see this has been going on for a very long time, you British steal the American game of Base Ball and call it Cricket and we Americans retaliate and put our steering on the left side of the car.........................
Below is Australian and New Zealand Enfield humor..................
