303 Brit 210gr Hard Cast loads? IMR4895?

This does not answer your question exactly but may help ?
My Ly. # 45 Manuel has a TOP LOAD for the 205 gr. cast bullet with gas check
using 27 grains of IMR 4227 , to give 1953 FPS .
This reminds me of the old Dominion Factory 215 jacketed bullet.

I am curious as to how far off H4198 is from IMR 4198.

It won't be different enough to matter a hoot. Do a normal load development and carry on.

With reduced loads for cast bullets you won't be getting close to maximum pressures anyway, so there's a large safety cushion.
