303 british cast bullet demand

if you load them up right you can get some tack driving accuracy. that I have done using bullets all the same weight and the right powder. casting at the moment using my lee dripomatic.

I had to look it up. The Lyman 314299 is a ca. 208gr semi-spitzer configured for a GC.

MG34 if you are making bullets for sale, how about sizing them big so we can then size them ourselves to match our rifles?

I have just made 600 pc and what I am planning to do is sell them unsized with gas checks included for a few more dollars and let the customer size as there are so many size groves out there. that should keep everyone happy.

That sounds like a good plan. Careful you don't fall afoul of the board and get yourself banned for selling without being a sponsor.

The 210gr 303 bullets I sold were from a 5-cav NOE 314299 gas check mold. It's a good bullet for 7.62x54 and .303. I had sizers for .312, .313, and .314.

I ladled everything. I used 2x Lee Magnum melters - one that I cast from, another to melt alloy at the same time so I didn't have to wait between pots. Lee says these are 20lb capacity but in reality it's about 15lb max. I had 3 of these pots actually, 2 in use and one for back up. The heat element wears out over time but is only about $15 for a new element. I changed 4-5 elements in 6 years.
