Look in the gunsmithing section 9/29/2011 and look up the topic lee enfield no1 mk III sight adjustment.Bigedp51 posted a chart that explains the relation of blade height to poi.Once you figure out your present blade height then you can make a educated guess as to the proper sized blade.As to locating a blade online your best bet is to watch e-bay, sometimes a set of blades comes up and then you can just swap them out until you get the result you want.
The military Enfield rifle is designed to shoot 3 inches high at 100 yards. Shooting 10 inches high could mean your fore stock bedding is loose and the barrel is flexing more on firing. It could also mean the center band screw is over tightened and thus pulling the barrel downward in the middle and raising the muzzle upward and causing it to shoot high. The center band screw should be only be tightened until spring compression is felt, the center band is nothing more than a spring shock absorber mounted at the center vibration node of the barrel, and used to dampen barrel vibrations.
