This is a real amature question, however lately I have been having a few issues with reloading my .303. I am using .311 hornady 174gr FMJ's in mixed once fired brass, and cant seem to get any neck tension in anything Imperial, Dominion, or Frontier after resizing. All winchester, federal, and remington seem to be fine. The brass that im having issues with doesn't even touch the expander ball on its way out, and i have tried two seperate resizing dies with no luck. I was just wondering if anybody else has had similar issues with this brass, or if maybe im just doing some full retard?
