303 Savage ammo

Hey guys, I'm trying to find ammo for my 303 savage. I know the ammo is getting pretty rare and everyone I ask either don't know about the gun or tell me the ammo is almost impossible to find. Any one knows where i could find that or if they still make the cases for reloading it ?

Talk to John at Marstar. He told me he might be able to source some ammo and/or components. I just failed to follow up on it with him so I can't say what he has.

Other than that, you are going to have to watch the EE. However, the going price seems to be $40 a box. At that price, your rifle will never be a daily shooter, eh? If I find any components in my search I'll let you know...

Try Maddog but the ammo is going for $60 per box,Doug had lots a couple years ago but I think he is out.DAN>>>

Try Epp's too. They're usually the best source for all things unusual.

Norma is making new cases for the 303 Savage for a dealer in the US. http://www.huntingtons.com/cases_norma.html Not cheap but it would be nice if a Canadian dealer was able to get their hands on them as well.

If you reload .303 savage can be made from .30-40 Krag quite easily. In fact the last batch I saw at EPPS had .30-40 case heads. .30-40 is a little easier to find.
