Simplest way is this : First off , go buy .303 Savage dies , then go get all the 30/30 brass you can find/beg/borrow/steal/buy . Run said 30/30 brass through the sizing die, trim , reload, , shoot ! OR you can do it the hard way , Norma still sells the brass , and some places like Buffalo arms have the goodies as well, OR thirdly, rumor has it, that winchester is planning a limited time run of .303 Savage . apparently original brass is starting to get scarce,and there are still plenty of rifles firing this caliber.
 
If you want loaded ammunition, you need to scout out gun shows. Let your buddies know as well your in need, they might spot something somewhere.

For brass, you could run a WTB ad in the EE as Silverado has stated. You could also try a WTB ad in Canadian Access as well.

If your really serious, you could even change your sig line to say "Always looking for 303 Savage brass and ammuntion"
 
"...they do ship to Canada..." Not any more. U.S. Government caught up with 'em.
This is another question that comes up regularly. Epp's is listing loaded ammo. No mention of what brand, bullet weight or how much. It won't be cheap. Neither will shipping.
